Greetings Friends!!

Outreach Phase is here!!!

My friends, this has been the craziest adeventure I have ever been on!

We spent 15 days in Washington DC with the YWAM DC base, aslo known as the DC House of Prayer. It's here where the power of prayer was truly proven to me! We spent hours in prayer and intercession praying for the nations through out the world, esspecially our own. We took our prayer to the next level going to the Supreme Court steps through what's called a Prayer Seige. Then we had the privilage to go to some of DC's top college campus's: Howard University, George Washington University& Georgetown. We were allowed to talk with the students about what we were passionate about ( i.e. Human Trafficking, Poverty, Pro- Life, Special Needs Rights ect.) and if they needed prayer for anything, we got to share the love of Jesus with them as well. On our last day we had the oppertunity to attend the March For Life with a organization called Keep Infants With Down Syndrome (K.I.D.S). Towords the end of our time there we recived news about how our prayers were, and still are, being answered! I can really decribe how incredible it was. The staff at the base were so welcoming and taught me so much. I will truly cherish these memories forever.

We headed straight to New Jersey and spent a week with F.R.E.E. International's- "Say Something" School Assemblies. This is a team that goes into schools and talks about "What truly Stinks," about the Human Trafficking that is taking place here in America. They believe that this generation is the key to unlocking the chains that are taking bondage over thousands of woman and childeren all over the world. We joined their Set Up Crew, and I had the honor to help set up the Sound. We all started each show attempting to put together screens that were too small for their frames, and spent, what seemed like endless hours,  stuffing bags full of information about human trafficking for the students and staff. Never the less, getting to witness every laugh, every tear shed, every heart change in the students and teachers that heard the this message, made every struggle worth it. It was truly the coolest experiance ever, just for a few days, to be on the other side of assemblies that are changing the lives of thousands of students and teachers everywhere.

When we returned to New York we spent the next 3 days with an early wake up call at 5 am, heading into the city to spread awareness of 3 missing teens, and speaking with the hotel and business owners to keep an eye out for these kids. We've had the blessing to partner with the Prayerbowl- Traffick J.A.M. team during these couple days. I've never felt more like a secret agent then I did these couple days. We also had the amazing oppertunity to help work Prayer Stations in the heart of Harlem. I can't even explain how it felt to witness hope sparkle in people's eyes when we reached out just to say "Hey, can I pray for you?" There where times were my heart was pounding with fear, where I was confused about the rejection, where I choked up because my heart broke for their broken hearts. However, I laughed when they felt joy to laugh, I hugged when they needed a hug, and my heart danced with joy when I saw  broken people walk away with a smile on their face and hope in their hearts- not because of anything we did, but because God met them where they were at... This was truly a time I will never forget as well.

Finally, this whole outreach phase has been so amazing and life changing for me. There were times where I felt sick and tired, and just wanted to pack my bags and go home, but everytime God was there, remindeding me why I was there. By humbling myself, and opening my heart to trust Him, and let Him guide me through all of this I came to learn and experiance so much. I know I was suposed to be pouring out all that I have learned and recived, but dear friends, I have received so much knowlage, truth, and happiness out of this whole experiance. I never expected it to be like this, and I am so excited to spend the next 3 and a half weeks in Costa Rica!

Again, I am reminded daily of the many people who have graciously and prayerfully sent me on this journey. I am so thankful for all who have been a part of this team. As of January 30th, I received notice that I only had $850 left to raise for my Outreach Phase fees!! Dear ones, this is amazing! I never knew where this was coming from, but God uses people who are obideant. Because of my obidiance, and the obidiance of others I get to be a part of this  team that is working  change the destiny of others. We don't know if the guy I prayed for will get the Job he needed, or that the girl's face on the card will be recagnized and brought home safely, but what I do know is that that man recieved hope and that girl has a chance! By the time we headed to the airport for Costa rica, on February 8th, I recieved word that the rest of my fees where paid off!! PRAISE GOD!! Check out my Costa Rica page to read more about my 3 and a half week experience in Costa Rica.

    With Love, Hugs& Blessings,

"Time To Let Your Glory Shine"

“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn."

- Isaiah 60: 1-3
